Hi all,
Every day I start working with waking up my PDI instance, even if I left it working last day.
Is there any way to extend the hibernating timeout for at least up to 24 hours or so?
What is the reason of putting it into sleep so fast?
Sergey.

Do you know the address/ IP to ping? My friend, as I said if there is any way definitely you get it on community but there is no way. I am using PDI more than 10 years now and these are issue which are very common every time. Earlier PDI was support by SN but no there is no support and PDI are more resource required stuff.
And yes, I copy pasted my first answer from my previous post only and there is no harm on that, bcz fast is there is no support on PDI , which is sad part.
I am happy , if you can share the ip/ address which we can ping and our PDI will stay alive for long period. PDI maintained by SN and these IP and all always with IP not available in public.

Well, saying "ping" I didn't mean actual "ping" command, but rather calling some web service on this PDI. For example, schedule a Table API REST call.

I doubt we can get some webservices details for this, Let me add @David who is community admin and he can guide best , what we can do for this issue. But again my experience say, to access any internal web services/ IP for PDI is not a possible case.
