PDI Inactivity warning email bug

As you can see the email was sent at 6am on February 26th stating that end of day February 25th my PDI would be reclaimed. The PDI is still there so one has to believe that there is a bug/error is how ServiceNow is filling out these emails. Has anyone else run into this?

Hi there,

 

It's nice that you are reporting this here. Though to be honest... there's no PDI support or whatsoever. So you are addressing this to just random community members who cannot do anything at this at all.
