I have activated the Integration Hub plugins several times from the PDI Developer portal, and they are showing as installed from the portal, but they are not actually installed in my PDI. I am not able to add any REST or REST Message capabilities in Flow Designer. Even after clicking install on the PDI Admin portal, I receive an email that they install, but then they are still available on the plugin page for activation. Any ideas?

Hi, yes, I did exactly that many times - no luck. I am on Yokohama, and I did update it to the latest patch release, still no luck.

Hi @gpearson
I’m sure you're logged in as an admin, but sometimes even an admin needs a specific role. Please assign the IntegrationHub-specific role to the admin user, then log out and log back in.

Hi @gpearson ,
If there's an option to repair the plugin in the portal, please try that first. If not, and there's no data required from the current PDI, you can release the instance and request a new one. Try troubleshooting in private window.
Thanks,
Pradeep
