PDI instance is showing offline

Please help me.

My PDI instance is showing offline since 2 days.

Hi @Aashish Gaikwad ,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you have two options to chose from:

1. Wait - as your instance in stating, a service interruption is ongoing, hence it should come online in some time.
2. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Remember, if you haven't backup your work, everything will be gone.

Personally, I would go with option 1.
