PDI Instance Stuck on Waitlist for 3 Days – Zurich Version

Hi Community,
I am facing an issue with my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) allocation.
I previously had a PDI assigned on the Australia instance, which became inactive after approximately 10 days of non-use. I then submitted a new request for a Zurich version instance. However, it has now been 3 days and my status still shows "Waitlist" with no instance assigned.
Account Details:
- PDI Version Requested: Zurich
- Waitlist Duration: 3 days
- Previous Instance Region: Australia
- Status: Waitlist
I have not received any email notification. Could someone from the ServiceNow team please look into this and help assign an instance or provide an estimated timeline?

Don't worry—this is quite common at the moment.
Over the past few days, many community members have reported delays when requesting a PDI. In some cases, the waiting period has been 2-3 weeks or even longer, especially for lower ServiceNow versions.
You can try requesting an instance on an earlier release, such as Zurich or an older version, but there may still be a waiting period due to high demand.
For now, patience is the best approach, as PDI availability depends on overall demand and ServiceNow's infrastructure capacity.

Due to high demand following a new platform family release, PDI pools for the Australia version are currently experiencing errors or waitlisting. These days lots of similar issue reported.
I will suggest you to Wait for PDI request to be provisioned if it is already waitlisted. Do not cancel your request, as you will lose your spot.
Support is not available for PDI .
Note: Community members reported that for lower version like Zurich PDI request as well , there is a waitlist .
