Is there a way to restore a PDI that has been lost? I was in my PDI on Wednesday (I'm generally in there daily) but noticed yesterday that it was no longer accessible. My login page on the Developer site gives me the option to start building and on the profile page, I have the option to request a PDI. I am no where near my 10 days of inactivity. Has this ever happened to anyone before? How can I resolve this issue, I have so many update set from the past few years that I have sadly not saved locally 😞 ... Any help is greatly appreciated!

@Still Learning This is really unfortunate that you lost access to your PDI. This can be attributed to https://www.servicenow.com/community/architect-blog/important-update-pdi-infrastructure-migration-ex... . ServiceNow PDI team already gave enough notices to PDI owners via emails and community posts.
Since there is no official support for PDIs, I recommend you to request for a fresh PDI and try rebuilding implementation.

@ShAn21 Sorry to hear, though as you might already be aware of: PDIs come without any support. Posting your question here won't do anything. We all can't help you. Thousands of similar questions have been posted already.
Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly without any notice drop. So always backup your work.
Kind regards,

Previously we had this restore instance option along with request new one if I recall correctly. I think that is also gone away now.
Thanks anyways @Mark Roethof

It's the hard truth. ServiceNow wipes PDIs and closes accounts at support.servicenow.com without any warning, without any explanation and without any regard to their inactivity guidelines. Contacting SN staff that you work with on implementation at your firm hits a brick wall.
It's how they roll, deal with it.

I have encountered the same situation today. As i was using it regularly today i wasn't able to login and after login into developer community page as i can see request for new instance.
This truly disappointed me with this action and i was looking for any solution to get back my PDI but ended up knowing that we cant reclaim this.
Servicenow should provide support on PDI as well most of the developers do their own stuff and create some crazy apps on their own.
