PDI is inaccessible - Authentication failing across all methods

Hi Community,

I'm facing an authentication issue with my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) — dev320576.

Authentication is failing across all methods (password, accessing from https://developer.servicenow.com/). I've already reset the password, but the issue persists. The instance is accessible, so this seems to be an authentication problem on ServiceNow's end rather than something I can resolve from my side. There was no downtime notice for the same.

Could anyone help with the following:
1. Is there a known issue or ongoing disruption with PDI authentication?
2. Is there a way to escalate this to the ServiceNow team for faster resolution?
3. Are there any alternative steps to restore access?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @kunalachary 

 

There is no support available for PDI, so there is nowhere we can escalate this issue. Could you please share a screenshot of the problem? It would help us understand whether the issue is that the password is not working or if it's something else.

I have attached the screenshot for Authentication failure with this message. I have reset the password, but still facing this issue.

Try to login from developer site, click on pdi link and see it logged in else try to reset the password again.

Hi @kunalachary 

 

For Resetting Instance password , here are the options

Option 1 : Check your mail my your instance id, Password was shared when it was assigned to you.

Option 2:  Go to the ServiceNow Developer Portal and sign in.

Click on Manage my Instance

On Instance widget, there is a gear icon . click on that

Select Reset instance password
