Hi Community,
I'm facing an authentication issue with my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) — dev320576.
Authentication is failing across all methods (password, accessing from https://developer.servicenow.com/). I've already reset the password, but the issue persists. The instance is accessible, so this seems to be an authentication problem on ServiceNow's end rather than something I can resolve from my side. There was no downtime notice for the same.
Could anyone help with the following:
1. Is there a known issue or ongoing disruption with PDI authentication?
2. Is there a way to escalate this to the ServiceNow team for faster resolution?
3. Are there any alternative steps to restore access?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have reset the password multiple times, tried to open from developer site and tried to login from incognito mode - but no luck

There is no other option left to release. However, yes, getting a new PDI is taking a long time due to the current waiting period.

Hi @kunalachary
Can you ensure Keypad is working fine like Shift or special char key.
Type the password in notepad and confirm Key pad is fine.
Logout and reboot your system and try once.

@Dr Atul G- LNG @Tanushree Maiti Is there a way to check if this authentication issue is specific to my PDI or if others are facing it as well?
