PDI is offline

Hi, I want to access my PDI which has some of my work as well in a scoped application. But when I tried to login I see "Service Interruption" page. I am unable to login. can anyone please tell me how can I get my PDI or atleast the data back? I had my work in scoped app but the data is not backed up locally or online.

Hi @taimooreon1 ,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

1. Wait - it should come online again after some time. 
2. Release and request a fresh installation. Remember, if you do this, any work you have done which hasn't been basked up will be lost.
