PDI is under maintenance since 7 days. Is is possible to report in SUPPORT portal as per ServiceNow?

PDI is under maintenance since 7 days.

When I open my instance, I see this message:

Upon clicking, it takes me to HI/support page. Crazy!!!

How can we report PDI issue on HI?

Hi @Suggy 

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. Wait, it should come online after some time.
  2. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all development work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good

Hi @Suggy 

 

Pdi doesn't come with any support means, no one can help here. You can wait that is only option. Also HI ticket will also not worl here. 

 

This pdi was down due to unplanned maintenance which cause issue for many users.

Exactly. ServiceNow should update the page by with a different message for PDI. I believe this has been like this since beginning
