Go to developer.service-now.com

and after login , please check is your PDI is shown there?

If yes, try to refresh the PDI.

 

Also try to open the pdi in mobile browser and with mobile data.

Look like network issue. I am using PDI and there is no issue. Clear the cache and then try,.

I tried clearing the cache and cookies, using a different browser, and even releasing the instance, but I’m still facing the same issue.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG,

 

I tried to open PDI on my phone using a mobile network, but it’s giving the same error message. I have released the instance and also tried refreshing it.
