Go to developer.service-now.com

and after login , please check is your PDI is shown there?

If yes, try to refresh the PDI.

 

Also try to open the pdi in mobile browser and with mobile data.

Hello @schetry ,

I agree with @Dr Atul G- LNG, there might me some network issue. Even I am also using PDI and there no such issues. Please try to clear the browser cache.
