PDI not accessible

Hi,

Few days back I was trying to do SSO integration on my PDI with a third party tool "SSO Circle". And I did it successfully. But for some requirement, I've created another user with same email id that I've given to the admin for the SSO login. And mistakenly removed that email ID from the admin user record. then I wasn't able to login to servicenow either by SSO login page or servicenow login page. So I thought maybe deleting SSO setup on the third party tool(SSO Circle) will restore the SSO login and I'll be able to login directly through servicenow. but now there is an error occuring and I'm no more able to access my servicenow account. Please help!!

Thanks in advance,

Hi @ShivamTechlene ,

If you can't access the PDI through ServiceNow developer site, and the login received when PDI was created has been altered, then you're limited to very few options. You can try to "manage instance password" and afterwards login. If that doesn't work, I do not see any option other than "reset and wipe instance".
