PDI not working

About two days ago, PDI started up slowly. Today, it's almost impossible for me to wake up.
In this case, there is an answer that says the best solution is to wait, but today it won't boot up even after 5 hours.
What is the reason for not standing up?
And is there no other option but to wait?

Hi there,

 

There's no other option but to wait like you are mentioning already yourself. PDIs simply don't come with support. Worst case you would need to request a new PDI.

Consider it dead and unfortunate there is no support available for PDI. Please release this PDI and get a new PDI please.

Hi @Komazawa Akane ,

 

The short answer is no - as there is no support available for PDIs. So basic, wait till it comes back to normal or relase your instance and request a fresh installation. Those are the options that you have.
