Hi,For over two weeks, the PDI has remained offline. Refreshing doesn't resolve the issue. How can this be resolved?
Thank you to everyone who helped!

Hi Jack,
There is no support available for PDi. You can released this pdi and take a new one and in future take regular back up to avoid any loss.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Takefumi Muto ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait till it comes online again.
- If you get tired of waiting release the instance and request a fresh installation. Note, all work that hasn't been backed up will be lost.
if my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
Anders

Hi @Takefumi Muto ,
There is no support available from serviceNow for PDI. You can wait until it comes online and otherwise you can release that instance and create new one. Best recommended way for PDI is you can take backup of update sets daily by end of day.
Please mark my answer correct and helpful if this works for you
Thanks and Regards
