PDI Offline

My PDI is offline and it seems that ServiceNow has created 400 loopholes to redirect me away from contacting support. Is there something that I am missing?

Hi there,

Same answer as always... PDIs are unsupported, there is no support for PDIs. Only thing you can do is:

1) Wait and hope

2) Request a new PDI

Don't get me wrong, just informing you, we all simply can't help you on this at all.

Kind regards,

No, you don't miss anything. However there is no support by ServiceNow for PDIs. You only can wait, try from time to time waking up your PDI and hope the best. If nothing help your only chance is releasing your PDI and getting a fresh one.

I can understand when that happens once in a long period, but now every time I try to wake up the PDI it goes offline, this will be already the fourth that I request new in a week. Should I continue requesting everyday a new PDI?

@BrandonForet Since PDIs are free development instances provided for the training and learning purposes by ServiceNow, there is no support available for them in case if anything goes wrong with them. Best alternate available here is to release the existing instance and request for a new personal development instance.

Since no one guaranties the availability of PDIs, it is always recommended to take back up of your work in the form of update sets.
