PDI Plugin Activation Failed - Store Entitlement Error for Content Publishing

Hello Admins,
I am trying to install Content Publishing (sn_cd) and HR Core on my Personal Developer Instance, but the installation keeps failing via the Application Manager with a connection/entitlement error.
I have tried changing the scope to Global, but it still blocks the download. Could an admin please look into my PDI backend sync or force-entitle the store apps for my instance?
Thank you!InputZeroS41932_0-1792342132343.png

Hi @InputZeroS41932

This type of request for help is ignored by ServiceNow employees 99% of the time.

Very few of them ever read these posts, let alone respond.

However, I'm currently building up a list of PDI failures. If you could contribute I'd appreciate it:

Hi @InputZeroS41932

In order to install Content Publishing [sn_cd]  , Install Perquisite Plugin  Employee center Pro Application in your PDI.

Refer  Servicenow Documentation: Activate Content Publishing

Here is screen shot from my Australia PDI
