"Meine PDI dev230856 hat nur eine interne IP (10.159.130.27). Kann ich diese für externen Zugriff freigeschaltet bekommen?"

I want to connect my PDI via REST table API with my Claude Cowork

thanks for any advise .

Hi @MATTHIASBERNDT

You can connect your ServiceNow instance to Claude Cowork using the standard REST Table API handled via an abstraction layer like Model Context Protocol (MCP) or third-party tooling platforms.

1) Using autonomous MCP Server   ( But I guess, it will not work in PDI)

Refer: MCP: The Protocol Powering Agentic AI

2)

Composio natively bridges ServiceNow's Table API with Claude Cowork platforms.

Refer: How to connect ServiceNow to Claude Cowork
