PDI Severe Slowness and Lack of Support

My PDI https://dev59224.service-now.com/ is so severely slow it is not usable.  This happened after I upgraded to Rome about a month ago and my PDI was reclaimed and then Restored.  Before on the Quebec release it was working great.

Is anyone else experiencing severe slowness and not getting support for their PDI instance.  I have tried using the Feedback feature but nothing is getting done to help and no responses from anyone.  

The attached image shows the experience...I logged in at 11:30AM it is now 11:59.

Hello Bob,

Can for some reason be an issue with your connection?
Did you tried to open it in a different browser from the one you were using?

Maybe the best option is to get rid of that PDI and request a new one.
Do you have data that you want to save?
