Is there a way to resolve this issue? My PDI won't wake up despite multiple attempts.

PDI doesn't come with support. It means if it's offline or not available, no one support it. You can wait for some time or release the instance and take a new one.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi,
Unfortunately there is no support for PDIs now.
There might be some maintaincence activity going on which is causing this. I'd just suggest wait it out.

@Lars Schou _hrb These is no support available for PDIs. If this issue doesn't get resolved in next few hours then release the existing instance and request for a new PDI.

Hi @Lars Schou _hrb ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait - it should come online after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release you instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, that all work that haven't been backed up will be lost for good - no restore is possible.
