I see Many users face this issue, is there a possibility where ServiceNow team can come up with some support on this?

No, As i mentioned earlier, ServiceNow no longer provides support for PDIs.

Hmm..
This instance has been installing plugins for 10 days, only to stop working 3 days short of finishing the scheduled plugins installations...
Is scheduled updates not supported on PDI's I wonder?

Hi,
Did some testing and I have been able to reproduce the error with the PDI not being able to wake up.
But now I get this error:
We were unable to assign an instance to you. Please retry now.
- Is there some sort of limit to to how many instances can be requested and released to the pool per hour?
- If so what is my / the cool-off period here?
