PDI won't wake up for several hours

Is there a way to resolve this issue? My PDI won't wake up despite multiple attempts.

Hello,

I think PDI doesn't come with support so it means if it's offline or not available, no one support it.

In my case I wait for some days and after no change I need to release the instance and take a new one.
