PDI Xanadu Upgrade Still running (3+ days)

Hi,  I started the upgrade process for my PDI since 3+ days and it still upgrading.  I'm pretty sure something is wrong.  Is the Xanadu upgrade that long?  What can I do?

I can understand it is painful, but there is no workaround for this.  Wait you have already done a lot and now only option release this instance.

Hi @mmgauvin 

 

As you might know, there is no support available from servicenow in relation to PDI, hence your limited to two options :

- Wait, it should come back after some time.

- when you get tired of  waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note, all work that you haven't  backed up will be lost for good.

It looks like there are some issues going on with Xanadu upgrades on PDI. If the upgrade is taking longer then I recommend requesting a fresh PDI on Xanadu. Hope this helps.
