Percent complete field on Data certification task (cmdb_data_managamenent_task)

What does percent complete mean on the data certification task? I can see that there are task that has been Closed complete but percent complete is 0. Some are in Work in Progress but percent complete is 100%?

Hi @Rairai31,

I see in PDI its not on form view and only on list view. However it is editable in list view. There shall be a process followed for updating of Percentage or maybe you could add the existing field on the form for better tracking and update of the ticket.

The Percent Complete is calculated based on the number of certified business applications relative to the assigned task. For example, you have 1 certification task but having 4 applications to certify. If you completed 3, the Percent Complete will be 75%. This also means, that even the task may be in Closed Complete state but you did not certify the "application", percent complete is still 0.

Please repair the plugin once and create a new certificate task.
