Percentage Calculation for Time Card Hours

Hi Team,

Need help with Percentage calculations related to Time Card hours.

The metric is:  Percentage of (Billable hours spent by a resource)/(Total no of hours). We may consider for a particular amount of time. Last week, Last Month and This Year etc., 

Please guide me how to arrive at this calculations.

Where do you want this calculated? Do you need to fill it on a record, or create a report (PA)? 

Also: where (or how) do you store your billable hours?

Hi Mark,

I would like to see them as report. Also suggest the easy way for management to view this metric. 

We store all hours in time cards - and billable hours are segregated by Billable field of time card.

If not yet existing: create PA collector jobs so you have the data from the timecards collected and create formula indicators to calculate billable vs non billable and create your widgets on that.
