Percentage Display in Dashboard

Need assistance on the possibility on what is the condition & how to display percentage in dashboard?

Hi Aida,

I guess it comes from Performance Analytics. As in normal/basic reporting of ServiceNow we can use Pie chart & do a group by so as to get different percentages.

For the figure as above I guess it comes from P&A. If you do not have P&A plugin enabled (licensed) & still a report as above then it would be OOB report with modifications that we not be able to do over it.

Usually that requires Performance Analytics indicators/widgets.

Hi Aida,

This can be achieve with performance analytics. A real-time score visualization shows the current score and both the absolute and percentage change between this score and the score at the last previous scheduled data collection.
