In addition to above,

If you want real time score then go with Performance analytics otherwise through normal report you can achieve this.

Check below thread which I have answered already for total count. instead of count you can select the average under Aggregation.

Noted on this Dhananjay.
The condition that i want to add is something like "If the number is 80% or above, it will be GREEN. If the number is below the target, it will be RED", i know that this can be edited under "Style>Edit coloring rules" however not sure on the condition to display "%". In my case is the percentage of the closed cases.
