Percentage in bar chart dashboards reports

Does anyone have any idea regarding the below points?

1) In our application, we have a custom table called "Alerts", which includes a 'device_id' field. Our current requirement involves displaying the top 10 'device_id' values associated with alerts on a bar chart. It's important to note that while the 'Alerts' table contains more than just these 10 'device_id' values, the chart currently shows the percentage of alerts related to these 10 'device_id' values. However, we intend to display the percentage of alerts associated with each 'device_id' relative to the total number of alerts in the entire 'Alerts' table. As an example, I've attached a screenshot of the bar chart, where the '6948863' 'device_id' is linked to 51,144 alerts, representing 35.56% of the total alerts in the chart rather than the total alerts present in the entire "Alerts" table. can we display the percentage related to the entire "Alerts" table?

2) Can the hover effect of the chart in the ServiceNow dashboards be disabled?

Hi @Jay872 ,

This cannot be done through the normal report designer, but should be possible through performance analytics, as it gives many more options for calculation/percentage. The normal report designer can only show bar chart count and not percentage.
