Performance Analytics Error

We are receiving error message when creating the PA jobs. under "Human Resources: Performance Analytics" application.

 

"When targeting a global resource, only ServiceNow authored scopes are allowed as sources"

 

We also tried creating the PA jobs in Global scope, but the issue persists.

Out of Box PA jobs exists in Stage and Prod but we are not able to view them, there are system security blocking us.

 

Can someone please advise.

Haven't seen this before, do you have the Performance Analytics subscription/licence?

Hi Ana,

 

We are working on to fix the issue at our end. It looks like to be a cross-scope application issue.

Will definitely share the fix as soon as we have it working.
