Hello All,

I'm trying to create some baseline metrics for the Incident Premium Dashboard but I'm unsure how to insert the conditions. For example:

I need to duplicate the OOB widgets on the dashboard, but for the widget copy, I need to add a condition that eliminates inactive assignment groups, etc. I'm not sure how to go about doing this. Any tips?

Hi,

You need to edit the indicator source attached to that widget where you configure the filter condition.

Steps:-

1. First go the indicator attached to the widget.

2. Then select the indicator source attached to the indicator.

3. In indicator source, configure the filter as requirement.

And in other case if you do not want to change the functionality in OOB widget, just make a copy of widget, indicator and indicator source and make the required changes in indicator source.
