Hi gurus,
I have an indicator against the incident table that should return quite a few records to a scorescreen however it returns nothing. I'm new to performance analytics, not sure where to start troubleshooting. Any help will be appreciated.
thanks,
Rob

Hi @drslry2 ,
I have now tried to re-create your scenario in my PDI without any issues.
First, to duplicate your requirement, I have made the indicator source and automated indicator for collection of alle records assigned to "App Engine Studio Users". As you see below there is 10 records in my PDI.
The Indicator Source is created as below, where following settings has been set:
Facts table: Incident
Conditions: App Engine Studio Users
Afterwards I created a automated indicator with below conditions:
Indicator Source: data collection on demand of App Engine Studio Users
Unit: #
Value when nil: 0
Additional conditions: None
Publish on Analytics Hub: True
Lastly, I added above automated indicator to the OOTB PA Job:
After the Job was executed, I got the following scorecard (as expected):

That means 1 number recorded, that number could be anything. You need to check the data or the Analytics Hub to see what it is. To verify the number you need to do the same query manually to see if its what you think it should be.

So I changed the indicator so it now returns Communication Technologies records only...
...which should be 10 records expected...
after running the job for the updated indicator the resulting analytics hub looks like this...
I guess I was expecting 10 records as the last count
thanks for your patience with this

Hi @drslry2 ,
I can see you have changed the assignment group condition in the indicator, but what about the assignment group condition in the indicator source? have you changed this / removed this?
To help you to clarify this is, please let me know the following:
- Which table do you want to query
- What conditions would you like to utilize
- How often would you like to capture data
- for which period should data be captured (all records, by month, by week etc.)
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

Thanks for the reply...my responses are below along with screen shots of the indicator and indicator source definitions, they should only return 10 records ..but scorecard only shows 1 record...strangely.
- Which table do you want to query - Incidents table
- What conditions would you like to utilize - Assignment Group = Communication Technologies
- How often would you like to capture data - Just run on demand
- for which period should data be captured (all records, by month, by week etc.) - All records

Your "indicator source def.PNG" and the "indicator def.PNG" look like the same record. You need to post a script shot of the indicator source "Incidents".
