Performance issue in Service now - delayed response

Hi Team,
We are using on-premises ServiceNow instances. From last couple of weeks we are facing slow response, Page not found error , slow running transaction counter above 3 Mins. Sometimes the choice list like Assisgement group , Businesss Services is not displaying properly.
The response time indicator mostly shows either the Network or the Browser (DOM processing) is taking too much time.
Could anyone suggest how we can get ride of this issue.

Clear the cache in the instance and check.

Just curious how clearing cache will increase the overall response. Will it slow down the initial loading as the cached elements will be cleared.
Regarding the response time indicator, whether we need to troubleshoot the network side also for any latency (we are not getting any response time out while pinging the server).

Check with the HI team, They can help you with the reason for such a latency. Also check with semaphores if that can be increased.
We got a similar kind of issues and it was solved by increasing the count of semaphores. This is taken care by HI. I recommend to consult them once.
