Personal Instance not working

I am getting the below error

 

The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.

Hi @Jitesh Nair 

 

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow en relation to PDIs. According to this, you only have two options available:

 

  • wait, it should. Come online after some unspecific time.
  • release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note that any recovery is not possible, so if you haven’t backup your work, all will be lost.

according to above two options, I would recommend you to wait it out.
