why we use TMF642 open API in alarm management ? how many out of box flows are available for TSOM alarm management ?

Hi

With such industry-oriented products like TSOM ServiceNow wants to establish offerings which are aligned to common standards and the TMF-based APIs represent such a standard. Basically it wouldn'tbe required to stick to that APIs but using them makes sure you have no troubles with integrating to external alarm management tools.
