Personal Notes not visible on Configurable HR agent Workspace

Hi Everyone,
I recently moved to Configurable HR agent Workspace, but i'm unable to view personal notes on the contextual side pannel like it's shown below:
These are the notes i was referring:

Do you have any idea what i might be missing?

Hi @kartikey ,
"Only the agent to whom the case is assigned will have access to edit the personal notes".
You don't need to configure anything, just that if the HR case id assigned to user A and User A has logged in and checking the case, then the personal note icon will be visible.

Hi @Community Alums ,
i impersonated as the assigned to person as well still it is not visible, i tried to update the Workspace and checked again, still it was not visible.

Is your HR case is "Assigned to" with the user your are impersonating?
can you share a screenshot of the HR Case with the assigned to field?

Hello,
if you want to configure personal notes you need to configure system properties and also you can copy UX app route and UX screen from any other workspace having personal notes.
If I could help you with your issue then, please react the Thumb Icon and mark as Correct !!
