Hi,
Some of my users experience the following. When they look at changetasks on a tabpage of a change, they do not see the (custom) field Environment. When they check the "Personalize List" they see that field on the "Selected"-side. Making a change to the Selected list and then pressing OK, results in showing the field Environment on the list.
It doesn't happen all the time they look at changetaks, but often. We are running Jakarta, List v2. It seems that this was happening in Helsinki as well.
Are more people experiencing this behavior? Any solution...?
Kind regards,
Gerard Wijnands

Unfortunately this has been a known issue for a very long time, since Pre-Aspen:

I have received questions from a customer regarding the same issue and was just about to create a HI case. It s a random behaviour and it gets to work again if you re-organize the list to something different. Then you can personalize it with your chosen columns. Very strange.
Best regards,

Thanks Michael. I've searched for it in the KB, but couldn't find it. We'll have to live with it than... I'll try the workarounds.
