Personalize List does not work

I have a form screen in the alm_facility table showing Tasks in a related list.
However, when a user without a role tries to change a column in the related list by the following procedure in the Personalize List, the change is not reflected.
(1) Select the Peronalize List button on the related list.
(2) Add a column to be displayed.
(3) It is not reflected. The same columns as (1) are still displayed.
Other related lists can be changed in Personalize List.
Why is this? Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

No, all no role users.
admin users can refrect personalize list.
