I was wondering if there was a way to pin a knowledge article to the top of a category. We want out intro KB article to be the first one on the page but I can't seem to find a way to do it. I've used featured content but it didn't seem to keep it at the top.
I've also tried going into the widget and changing 'grKBA.orderByDesc('sys_view_count');' to sort all of the alphabetically so that we can force it to the top by adding a '1.' or '0.' to the front of the title but I can't seem to get it to sort alphabetically. Does anyone know if either of these are possible
