Pin a map in Service Catalog

Hi ServiceNow Experts, does anyone know how requesters can pin a map to their submitted Request? This feature is needed so deployed crews can access the exact location of the issue (e.g., broken pavements, water sewage repairs) without needing to contact the requester. Thank you!
