Place cancel button below the submit in service portal

Hi All,

I have created a cancel button from widget , now would like to place it below the submit button.

Can a get some help here.

Hi @Shobha N 

You can follow these steps:

1) Navigate to "Service Catalog < Catalog Item < Maintain Cart Layouts" from application navigator.(you will be navigated to sc_layout tables list view)

2) From there open the record "Item Ordering Widget".

   

3) Once "Item Ordering Widget" record is opened, scroll to the bottom and locate to "Widget Macros" related list.

   

4) From here click on the Edit button and add your custom created widget ie.. "Cancel" button, after adding you can use the order field to set the precedence of the macros (which macro should appear on top, or bottom). In your case you want to place it below the submit button so try giving "Order" value greater than that of "Submit" button Macro.

These steps should fulfill your requirement, feel free to reach out if it didn't work out as required.

Thankyou for the quick reply i have created the Widget not the macro, and i want this cancel button only for 1 record producer not for all/global.

Ok, this method targets all global forms.

Can you please share the peace of code which you have added for the cancel button in the widget.
Because this could be possible by adding the CSS.
