Place Cancel button in Problem form

Hi ,

I need to place a Cancel button in the problem , when problem state is 'new'. But made change in Cancel UI action with current state condition ,it is not working. Please help me to sort the issue.

Have you tried to create event record in flow and the configuring the notification based on event?
