Hi,
I am trying to work around CSM,EAM,FSM where I want to auto-generate the cases based on triggers from Maintenance plans in Planned Maintenance. i.e a scenario where case will get created on CSM when triggerd on scheduled day through Maintenance plan for a maintenance on an equipment. And from this case in CSM, Work order will be created on FSM.
I red such feature is available through ITSM as proactive customer service operations. But I am not using ITSM here.
Can anyone help if this kind of "Auto- case " generation is possible.
