Platform Analytics Dashboard will not allow me to click into data view

Hello!

We have configured a few new dashboards in platform analytics and I have confirmed the chart interaction is set to 'open in data view' but when I click on any of the graphs, it is bringing me to a dashboard homepage, and not to the native UI showing a list of the records.

Can you please advise on what needs to be changed in order to open the list of records showing within the graph/dashboard?

You can use UI builder, open the page and for the respective Dashboard, on the right hand side properties, make sure you have "use default redirection" enabled , like the below example :

Check Chart Interaction Ensure 'Open in data view' is selected under chart interaction settings and then Role Permissions Verify that the user has permissions to view the data records behind the chart. Data Source Configuration Ensure the data source for the chart is correctly linked to the target table or report.

Adjust these settings to resolve the issue.
