Platform Analytics Dashboards - Legacy Dashboard items

I recently started playing with the Platform Analytics Dashboards, not the Core UI ones. I migrated those over to the new dashboards, and i see some messages "This is a migrated content block. Behavior may be different than expected.",  but i can't check the Hide Warning Messages because its locked, "You cannot configure this element. The owner did not share it with editing permissions."  I found the par_dashboard_widget, Legacy Dashboard Widgets items, but the JSON field, doesnt have that listed as an option so not sure what that variable is.

So this makes me have two questions. 

1. How can i share it so i, as an admin, can edit it, so i can check that box for Legacy Dashboard Widgets?

Which then leads to....

2. if i am creating a new Platform Analytics Dashboard, how can i create a widget that can look at Content blocks, Gauges, or UI Pages? There are a lot of items i've developed that we don't want to lose by going to these new Dashboards.

"hideWarnings": true, added will let me remove the message, but still cant edit via the platform analytics config area, i did it via the json field on the par_dashboard_widget item.
