Platform Analytics: Data Visualization is empty on Designer for all old migrated reports

Bonjour.

1/ We are in: Washintondc patch4-05-23-2024

2/ Update of the following plugins:

sn_par_legacy_wdgt, sn_par_cor_mig_spt, sn_par_mig_center, sn_par_vis_base , sn_app_analytics_w, sn_appsee_par

3/ After migrating all the old reports with the Migration Center, when I edit a data visualization, everything is empty. I see the configuration at the right, but the data visualization core is not there in designer, it's blank. See image.

4/ But, If the data visualization is in a dashboard, I see the data. If I edit the data visualization from the dashboard, everything is empty on the designer, except the configuration part on the right.

I updated all the plugins with no success. However, on other accounts, which are also with Washintondc patch4-05-23-2024 and whose old reports are converted with the Migration Center, all the data visualizations are edited correctly.

We are seeing this same issue.  If we change the type of visualization from Column to Scatter (or any other) the data displays.  With Column selected, we see a blank screen.

Has this issue been resolved? We are experiencing the same issues. I built a workspace with AES and it was removed from the clone to Washington. My Workspace dashboard is missing all of the reports and is blank. It is also opening my record in the platform view instead of the workspace.

I don't know it will solve your problem but we had a similar problem and the resolution was to update platform analytics to version: 4.2.6
