Platform Analytics - Data Visualizations Export issue

I have installed/updated platform analytics plugin (free) from the store on Sandbox instance (Utah version)

However, whenever I am using visualization type other than “List simple”. I am not able to use export.

 3) It is throwing me error Export failed- as shown below

Appreciate your suggestion to solve this issue.
