We have a requirement where we have multiple stafes user has to enter details and recommendation was to have playbook. There are 2 personals and submitter and agent . Submitter should be able to trigger playbook diretly from portal with out submitting record priducer or catalog item. i.e
1st step : intake form (should save not creating record)
2nd step : Lcoation details ( submit crete record Safety incident)
3rd step : Add injurt illness records multilpe ( list with add option and attach to the inident record.
4. Should have ablility to go back step 1 and update the check boxes like derailment. pernoal injury etcha nd the activities should trigger based on that or update based on that.
meanwhile after incident is created agent personal should trigger and agent should be able to process on his side with the ticket where he can track the status and also process the tasks triggered forthe group.
Can any one help as this is new to me and never have ground running on playbook. Thank You
