Playbook Experiences and Legacy UI

Currently, our operational workflow relies on the Legacy Workspace for managing all case types. And a migration to the Agent Workspace isn't planned in the immediate future.

 

However, I am interested on leveraging the capabilities offered by Playbook Experiences to enhance our processes. Unfortunately, we've encountered a challenge: integrating Playbook Experiences seamlessly into the Legacy Workspace.

 

I have built out the Playbook Experience for an Onboarding case and can see it populate in the demo view of the Agent Workspace. Is there a way I can have the Playbook Experience populate in the Legacy Workspace? I am envisioning that the Playbook Experience could populate in the Fulfillment Instructions section to guide the agent, but am open to other ideas if it means we can have it available in the Legacy Workspace.

 

With that said, I'm seeking guidance from the community: Is there a feasible approach to incorporate Playbook Experiences into our existing Legacy Workspace environment? Any insights, suggestions, or experiences shared would be greatly appreciated.
