Playbook is not running on workspace

Hello experts,

I'm trying to create a playbook on a custom table (extends task), but the playbook is not running. it's working from Process automation designer test. 

I've configured the table in the related items: 

Did someone succeed to run a playbook on a custom table in the workspace agent?

I have all the plugins, playbook is running on incident for example. I want to make it work on a custom table if it's possible...
