Playbook Tab Display for Custom Table in Workspace

Hi Experts ,

Has anybody created a playbook tab for a custom Table?

I created Process Automation Design for Incident Table and I activated and Playbook tab coming in Incident Table in Workspace , Same config i did for Custom table but I'm unable to get Playbook Tab in Workspace for Custom table.

Let me get some inputs?

Hi Sandeep Dutta,

I did same procedure what you said in the article, I'm able to get Playbook tab in OOB table (Case), Custom table which is extending from Case in CSM/FSM Configurable workspace, but My requirement is Playbook Tab display in Service Operations Workspace, please any inputs on this.
